A 1.5 hour online session on how organisations, managers and team members can support colleagues experiencing the menopause and midlife transition


 

Training objectives

The business case:



  • Stats to support the need for organisations to be aware of the professional impact of this life transition, both personally and organisationally


The legal case:



  • Employer’s responsibility and legal commitment to support staff


What is the menopause?



  • A brief description to put this life transition into perspective


How might people present at work during this phase?



  • Discussion and sharing information


Opening the conversation:




  • How to ‘normalise’ the conversation for the benefit of all involved

Learning outcomes

The session will be delivered by RDP International.


Both Katie Day and Dr Roger Prentis have delivered many workshops for ESCC on the menopause and midlife. They are leading UK experts on all matters of midlife and work with many global and national organisations on a variety of topics.
