Many people don’t like handling conflict, because they don’t know how to do it.
We know that mismanaged conflict can be very costly.
Conflict situations need to be handled properly.
So, how can we best resolve conflicts; quickly, easy and without too much negative emotion?

This training course gives staff in-depth knowledge and understanding of the key concepts in records management, how managing records aids compliance with legislation and business functions while enabling more efficient working, and the practical approaches for gaining control over records.
The Master Class is split into four sessions across four weeks, and covers:
These relate to managing records in all formats, including paper and digital.
Each Master Class session will be delivered remotely, via MS Teams. A short activity task will be set at the end of each session, for participants to complete and submit before the next one.
Throughout the course there are opportunities to raise records management issues and concerns you may have about the records your team handles. The trainer and colleagues in other teams and departments are on hand to find solutions and discuss best practice tools and how to implement them effectively.Essential Information
